Technical Support Agent - Mexico

Who are we?

At Adereso we developed a customer service software that transforms the way our clients communicate with their customers. Currently we have clients in 8 countries and are constantly expanding. We are a fully remote company with a multicultural and innovative team, and we are looking for an exceptional Support Agent like yourself to take our Support Team to the next level!

What will you do?

You will be responsible for answering and solving the customers’ problems via chat by identifying bugs and configuration errors. You will be great in this position since you have at least 1 year of experience, a perfect orthography in Spanish, advanced Excel skills, problem solving and follow-up skills, familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk. Some basic knowledge of HTML, MySQL and JavaScript will also help you with being the best at what you do.
