At Adereso we're looking for a fast-learner, resourceful People & Culture Partner like you to take our People Operations to the next level.
What will you do?
As a People & Culture Partner, you will collaborate actively with the Head of People & Culture to deliver the best possible employee experience. You will work on diverse projects and strategic initiatives (compensation and benefits, employer branding, recruitment, team building, etc.) as we rapidly scale our organization, and will proactively identify opportunities and propose new ideas to enhance productivity and employee happiness.
Are you a fit?
Ideally you have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, you have basic knowledge of HR processes and systems, Chilean labour code and compensation, you are honest and reliable, a natural born problem-solver, and passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives.
