Part-time Technical Support Agent - Mexico

Who are we?

At Adereso we developed a customer service software that transforms the way our clients communicate with their customers. Currently we have clients in 8 countries and are constantly expanding. We are a fully remote company with a multicultural and innovative team, and we are looking for an exceptional Support Agent like yourself to help to take our company to the next level!

What will you do?

You will be responsible for answering and solving the customers’ problems via chat, identifying and reporting bugs and configuration problems to the dev team. It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience, a broad range of technology skills, a perfect orthography in Spanish, strong follow-up skills, and that you are patient, organized and detail-oriented.
