At Adereso we're looking for an empathetic, experienced Customer Experience Consultant based in Latin America to join our Customer Success Team.

What will you do?

As our CX Consultant, you will be responsible for the development of the "Voice of the Customer" proyect and strategic activities such as journey mapping, storytelling, data analysis, competitive analysis, and client research across Enterprise accounts and different industries. You will cultivate and sustain business relationships where Adereso is considered an indispensable source of the Client’s competitive advantage through CX design and innovation.

What are the requirements?

  • 3 to 5 years in a similar position
  • Have a strong cross-functional understanding of Contact Center processes to be able to identify and engage boundary partners to foster effective change management
  • Tech savvy and passionate about leading edge technology
  • Ability to “think in white space”
  • A solid understanding of data analytic approaches, methods, concepts and models
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Versatility to lead CX initiatives in a variety of scenarios and industries, including retail, financial services, and telecommunications.
