At Adereso we're looking for an empathetic, experienced Contact Center Consultant based in Latin America to join our Customer Success Team.

What will you do?

As our Contact Center Consultant, you will build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs. You will be responsible for translating clients’ business requirements into specific system, application or process designs. This includes working with client personnel to identify functional requirements, and lead others in the identification, justification, design, and implementation of a digital contact center.

What are the requirements?

  • 3 to 5 years in the field of Contact Center experience
  • Background in consulting or professional services industries
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Workforce Management tools and processes
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, IVR, and ticketing systems
  • Tech savvy and passionate about leading edge technology
  • Ability to “think in white space”
  • A solid understanding of data analytic approaches, methods, concepts and models
  • Outstanding customer service skills
